Laers was founded after years of professional and personal experience in both the disability and mental health sectors.
As a professionally trained and experienced support coordinator and psychosocial recovery coach I have the tools and understanding to assist you to navigate the ndis system to gain supports you need.

As a support coordinator service Laers is able to provide supports for those with plan or self managed plans in all three price guide line item category areas
level 1, connection,
level 2 support coordination and
level 3 specialised support coordination.
As a recovery coach service Laers has a back ground both working with mental health and are aware that journey will be different for all participants . Laers will work to commit with you to develop strategies to aid in all stages of your recovery journey.
As a recovery coach, Laers can work with all plan managed or self managed participants across the different recovery coach line items in the ndis price guide.
Both support coordination and recovery coach can be provided to rural clients and metro Melbourne clients ,young and not so young .
